At Flavor Indian & Asian Fare, Indian favorites are fused with Thai and Vietnamese cuisines bringing international flair to downtown Brookings. Included, we have an international grocery store featuring hard-to-find ingredients you need to create your own Indian, Korean, Chinese, Middle Eastern, African, and Nepali dishes.

In 2018, Flavor expanded its operations and menu hoping to create a restaurant that would bring vibrancy to the community.
